At White Sparrow Events, we’re dedicated to making your event a reality while keeping your venue investment affordable. Our stunning setting is designed to provide the perfect backdrop for your special event, ensuring your celebration is as memorable as you've always envisioned.
Weddings are special events that require careful planning, so we encourage you to book well in advance to secure your date. Please note that a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your event.
Damage/Security/Policy Enforcement Deposit
All wedding bookings include a refundable $300 Damage/Security/Policy Enforcement Deposit, due in addition to your venue rental fee. This deposit helps protect our space and ensures every celebration runs smoothly for everyone.
After your event, we’ll inspect the venue. If there is no damage and all venue policies were followed, your full $300 deposit will be returned to you. If damage occurs or policies are not followed, the cost of repairs, cleaning, or applicable fees may be deducted from the deposit.
